SiteBuilder says I'm "offline" but I'm not. Unable to publish. Why?

When I accessed SiteBuilder today I got a popup that said there was something wrong with my log in. After the 3rd try, it let me log on, but I noticed it logged me on as "offline." When I went to publish my changes another pop up came up that says, "Internet Connection Required...you may have software that prevents SiteBuilder from connecting to the internet." It gives me three choices: "Proxy" "Connect" and "Stay Offline." When I click on "Connect" the same box comes up again.

I haven't installed any new software since the last time I published something but I did move a bunch of stuff to hard drive. Does anyone know what might be going on?
