Simple store check out...please help

i am having problem with my simple store...not only can i not edit my attributes which is a whole different subject all together...but when some one checks out and puts the Credit card information...on the side is a section that says NOTE TO SELLER....i am not getting these notes and my customers are getting Irate...please help where do i find theses notes
