screwed up service ,,,, PHONY SERVICE.... NONE TO BE EXACT.
The PERSONAL CONTACT, EVEN BY PHONE IS IMPOSSIBLE.
YOU WON'T EVEN ALLOW ME TO DRAW THE EMOTOCON I WOULD FIND MOST SUITABLE..... DESCRIBING THE MIDDLE FINGER IS ABOUT AS GOOD.
YOUR SERVICE SHOULD NOW BE REFERRED TO AS " HOW TO TURN A ONCE GOOD THING TO CRAP"!
YOU COULDN'T DRAW A PROPER EMOTOCON TO SHOW HOW MOST FOLKS MUST NOW FEEL.

You have finally done it! You now have a service almost completely unusable after my nearly 14 years paying you folks a monthly fee of about $26.
You leave the questions asked for others to answer, you cannot be reached, you send out new procedures that no longer make sense. i once had a site that pretty much took care of itself with occasional changes.... now I can no longer make the changes and trying to get help is next... is impossible. You do not even accept what you ask.
