Pages won't load for editing....

Only one of four pages loads for editing on my website.....I was told that my pages were refreshed and that should solve the issue. I have Windows 7.....I've never had this problem until I started using Sitebuilder Plus.......still need answers........it's frustrating when a customer can't edit their website. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.....it would be nice if I could talk to an employee.
