Click on your navigation menu. This opens the Navigation Menu settings panel. Click on the Links tab. Click the + sign. Add the link to the pages you are currently missing.

Now I have lost the link to the entire menu on the home page.  Plese help

In this case you have placed a text box on top of the menu, thus preventing you from clicking. You can make the text box smaller so it is not on top and/or you can right click on the text box and use the element layer order to move it backwards. This will place it behind the menu.
