Login Problem Continues & Pages Will Not Publish in Desktop Sitebuilder. PLEASE HELP! All started early AM on 12/09/13.

I'm having intermiitent problems logging in. When I do finally get logged in and try to publish something the little box will pop up and it gets to "checking disc quota" then the box closes without publishing the page. I just read that supposedly this was fixed 17 hours ago???? I assure you it's not fixed and I've been having problems for the last 20-24 hours and they continue. I'm just writing to let you know and ask when this problem will be resolved? Thank you, Tim H
