Linked items to ProStore ... now need linked to BigC ?

as i prepare to move over to "BigC" from ProStores ... did I read somewhere, that all of my links that are currently throughout my couple web-sites linking items to my ProStore will need to redirected-relinked to "BigC" ? ? ?
