Hi My account has been hacked Does anyone know about Homestead's backup policy?

Hi My account has been hacked and I'm afraid they going to make drastic changes like delete sites that I cannot recover. I was told once that Homestead keeps them on their servers for only about 2 days. Does anyone know. Also how to back up my sites outside of Homestead?
BTW I have changed passwords, etc which doesnt work. These are sophisticated cyber thieves and there is quite a bit of money involved. http://www.texasrealestateschoolonlin...
