Customizing the "contact' form's email.

I want my "contact" form to go to a group of people, and I want to "from" domain to be my domain instead of "Homestead"... and instead of "Your Web Site Received a Form Submission" in the subject line, I want it to say "here's an important email from a constituent" and a the bottom instead of "Regards,
The Homestead Team" , I want it to say nothing.... as the sender will enter their information. How do I edit what the receiver sees on the form?
