Banner image won't import from URL

Hi Mike F please don't merge this with general html troubleshooting thread. It will just be ignored. I would like it to stand alone to try and get some attention. Thx)

Looking for help with a simple html banner code from the community.

the banner is towards the bottom, you can see the frame. The link works and everything, but the banner image won't import.

Its still under construction so I published it just so the community can see it.
