Amazon Tax Bigcommerce

Orders that are imported from Amazon do not have the appropriate tax calculated. This is the fourth time this has happened. I need to get this fixed NOW.

The order numbers are 3351 and 3354. Tax should be applied to both product and shipping. It is only applied to shipping in these orders. Amazon shows the correct tax has been charged (both product and shipping).

Also, I have an order from ebay that did not import to Bigcommerce.
