"I have lost my ""Home"" button and can not get it back...its lost on all pages."

I have lost all "Home-index" buttons on every page. It happened I think after I started changing the page backgrounds (not sure). Someone else noticed it so thats why I am not sure when it happened. I have tried everything...and nothing.
