This is urgent. After seven days of downtime, my website is finally back online, but I’m now experiencing issue—an error message appears whenever a customer tries to place an order.
I’m extremely concerned about contacting Homestead Support again because it took them seven days to restore my site the last time. I originally called on 12/22/25 for this exact issue, and I was told it was related to my DNS records and that the update would take 24–72 hours. Instead, it turned into a full week of downtime, and the problem was never actually resolved.
I need immediate assistance to prevent further disruption to my business. -- Please Help!!
