Visa Gift Cards

Customers say that Visa Gift Cards were already activated that were purchased at Walmart and Amazon. I assume family members gave the cards to them for gifts. Perhaps it is a problem with not being accepted because my site uses Stripe. Could that be possible?

Hmm. I mean, it's possible. I don't have a Visa Gift Card to test, but I checked with my advanced support and he said they should be accepted. Unfortunately, since it is going through Stripe, it's not something we can troubleshoot on our end.
