Your domain is attached to another site, not the new one you've created. Here are the instructions to update the site association. If you have issues after that, you can call 1-800-710-1998 for support getting the site working.

I'm having the same issue with a domain I just transferred to Homestead. They are having trouble with their dns servers. I've been down for 2 weeks now. Moving to GoDaddy now. Had to create a whole new website and change my email addresses and everything just so my customers can contact me and I can get back to work.
