Why is Homestead asking me to Upgrade to Publish my Website?

I am running Windows 7 and IE10. I have been trying to publish updates to my website since 17 Mar 2013. First the Sitebuilder update wouldn't go through - I tried Force Update - nothing - so I took Sitebuilder off my computer and reinstalled it. Now when I try to publish my site shadyoaksmustangranch.net I get a box that says Upgrade or Close Window - I don't like either of those options. I have tried using the Upload button in the Files Manager - that doesn't work either.

I have tried using Chrome instead of IE10 - I have tried turning off IE10 - I don't know what else to try - help please.
