Websitebuilder

I am attempting to rebuild my website from Sitebuilder Plus to Website Builder.  I do not want to use your preformatted templates, is there a way to start with a blank page on Website Builder?  I am overwhelmed with the templates and was used to starting with a blank page on Sitebuilder Plus.  Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
