Website Manager server error

Website Manager button continues to lead to this error page:

https://www.homestead.com/~site/jws/mywebsites.action

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Previous conversations with Support involved clearing my cache, to no avail, so I haven't been able to update my sites for months.  Please fix the link or explain how to make Website Manager work!  Thank you.
