Website Builder - Blog - can I create a blog log-in so an external user can upload content?

I want to create a blog section for one of the sites I manage. I don't want to give my account log-in to the person who'll be uploading to it as it will give her access to other sites I manage. Can I create a separate log-in just for that blog so she can access it and add her content?
