With WebsiteBuilder, you can't have a true video background without using HTML. You can however have a moving background by creating a gif of the video you want to use and uploading that.
@elyzabethv This is such an old and archaic web builder. Yet you charge the price of the big players like WIX. Is there any intention on improving it?

Hello,
