Update on Email Outage from Web.com
Web.com owns Homestead.
I talked with a rep there who could not confirm that our email outage was due to theirs but was pretty sure this is the issue.
12-24 hours to fix (yikes)
He also said that Homestead really does not exist any longer as a company, that we no longer have tech support here, and we are in the process of being migrated over to web,com
Whatever that all means I hope it is better than what we've gotten here.

I would recommend pursuing this through web.com
The phone number there is 866-655-7679
The more calls from us here, the more they will become aware that this is a much bigger problem than just the sites hosted directly through web.com
Although they do now host all homestead sites and are our server.
