Two websites up at the same time.

when someone types in my url, they get an old version of my website. If they type in http://www.jrcoopey.com, they get my newer version. Why are there two versions of my website up at the same time? Please arrange it so that visitors don't have to type the whole thing. Just jrcoopey.com.
