"This link is unknown"

 Why after a couple years online,  my website is still showing up with the "this link is unknown" tag? Also what am I doing wrong that has the homepage showing as HOME: www.counseling123.com, instead of Campbell Counseling & Consulting?

Thanks for helping me solve an issue I think 2 years ago. I got this one fixed last night. McAfee Web Advisor had my site flagged as unknown. They updated it, thank you.
