Hi, My baNK DOES NOT ALLOW TO TAKE MONEY FRO MY ACCOUNT. i WANTED TO CHANGE MY CARD WHICH IS FROM other bank. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! I try wevery day hundreds times - it is still IMPOSIBLE. How to do to contact Homestead and solve problem???

You would need to call 1-800-710-1998 to contact Homestead regarding that billing issue.

Can you try again? I'm sorry about your experience with that agent, but if you're spelling out your email address, there is no reason why they shouldn't be able to understand it. Please let me know if this happens again.
