TAKING MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICES

I need help!

Homestead you took my website down due to needing updated payment method. I updated my payment method, you did not

put my website back up and you have continued to charge me!

I went to cancel my entire account online to stop payments and it says I need to call support - the number doesn’t even work! I need immediate assistance !
