Stats

Anyone else notice their stats aren't working properly? Since February 4 the stats we are showing is drastically lower than they have ever been in the last five years. There is no way our actual traffic dropped that low. There was a time a view years back that stats were down, just curious is anyone else's site is showing little to no unique views this month? Thanks!

Will someone from HS eventually answer why the stats aren't working and when a solution might become available?  This happened 2 years ago and it took over a month to fix. Unfortunately, we couldn't go back and see what the stats were after the they fixed it.

I haven't been able to view my stats for months. I'm read to cancel Homestead.  Maybe they will do something about it if enough people comment the same.

They sometimes acknowledge its not working, but it takes forever to fix.  Last time it took over 2 months to fix. You couldn't go back to see what your stats were during the outage once they did fix it,

Hello! So far, you two are the only Community reports I have received regarding this, but I did ask phone support and they've gotten a couple reports as well. We are creating a ticket to look into this. 

What domains are you experiencing this with? All or specific domains?

It's been over a month and HS still has not responded or fixed the stats issue.  I've called multiple times and they know about it, but don't know how or if its ever going to be fixed.  Great!

I've added tickets reporting this issue from Cindy and Connie, and added comments to the existing tickets for Andrea and Crash that this issue is still present.

 Thank you for looking into this. I guess my biggest complaint with HS is that there's been no details from HS on this issue. When I've called them, they give me the same rehearsed lines of communication such as, try the Google Analytics, which is pointless and we'll get back to you shortly--which they never do. It's been close to 2 months of this.

No, I definitely understand the frustration. I will do all I can do, which is continue to report this issue. I am also told to recommend Google Analytics to you all. They are not giving any updates or estimated time for a resolution.

Now that the tickets have been reported to HS about the Stats issue, can we get an update as to when or if this issue will be resolved?
