Site not loading

My website is not loading. 
Bigcommerce was unable to fix the issue. 
this is horrible!

My website is not viewable. 
bigcommerce is not able to help the issue is with Homestead.  I cannot reach anyone via phone. This is a major loss.

Not at this time. It is very disappointing that the site has been down since Friday evening over a holiday weekend.

I am able to see the homepage though when I click on a category or a product, I receive a blank page.  It states “Safari can’t open the page”.  Why can’t it?

Ok it looks like the domain was changed on the BigCommerce side to just the domain without the stores subdomain. Do you want to keep the stores subdomain or do you plan to use the domain without the stores subdomain?

Can Homestead please work with BigCommerce to resolve the issues?!

I'm reaching out to you as you're unable to access storefront and get error 1001. I've checked your domain hboboereeds.com and DNS records associated with the domain and I noticed there is a cname record setup to point stores.hboboereeds.com to the canonical URL of the store.

When I access hboboereeds.comthen, I'm getting redirected to stores.hboboereeds.com. So I'd like to confirm if you want to load the storefront when customers access hboboereeds.com or stores.hboboereeds.com. Also if you've setup any redirects through domain registrar then, please let me know about it.
