Not receiving form submissions from website (using homestead hosted email)
Hi,
We are having issues with receiving form submissions to our email. We are using your company for our email client as well. I know we can log in to the website builder and see form submissions, but can we avoid that extra step and get notified directly when someone contacts us so we can contact them back quickly?

Hello,
We don't have any known issues with form submissions. Have you checked spam or junk folders, to see if the form submission emails are being routed there?
Otherwise, I would suggest testing another email address on the form. That way, we can narrow down whether it is an issue with our system not sending the form submission email or the email address blocking these emails.
