None of my submit buttons are working on my website.

I have just sent out an email push to all of my clients. They have been submitting their bookings however I am not receiving any of them. None of my submit buttons are working on any of my website pages. To put it succinctly, this is an absolute disaster with the launch of a major initiative this ski season.
