New email address not working properly -- please check my DNS settings

I just now set up an email address.  It is not receiving from either my gmail account, or another one hosted by Ionos.

When I try to send from my new account, gmail doesn't receive it, but Ionos account does.

Can you please correct whatever is wrong?
