My foreign language capability has gone.

My sight is (moshaveremasihi.com). The sight language is Farsi. I have had this sight for many years as you can see from the content. Recently the Farsi font which I have been using does not work. I have checked my settings (set and reset), but the program is not recognizing the font and only display's ?????
