Moving a site to a different service if I can no longer maintain

I have built a site for an RV club that I belong to.  There has been a question about whether it would be possible for someone else to take over the site if I am unable to continue.  It is one of three sites that I have and I wouldn't want the other two moved.  I did download an archive of the site which would provide them most of the information, but I don't know about the site itself.  Any information would be appreciated.
