Installation of SiteBuilder Desktop fails with file missing

Why is the download for Site Builder throwing an Error 404 for File not found? http://install.homestead.com/~site/In... ?
Windows 7 machine I was asked to upgrade when I logged into Homestead. Had Site Builder already installed.
