I want to cancel my account/website

I tried to cancel online and they gave me a number to call and that number was wrong!

Hello,

Your account is currently pending closure at the end of your billing cycle, which is in April. You will not be billed again. Are you wanting it closed more immediately?

I could see that you deleted all content from your account. I was able to assist in closing your account. You will not be billed again.

I want to cancel my account in approximately 3 months, but my renewal date is May 5; can I still cancel in July? Also, is there a way to bulk export some emails I might want/need to retain?

Hello,

Yes, you'll just need to call in to get a prorated refund and close the account.

And we don't have a tool to bulk export emails, but you should be able to do so via a mail client or 3rd party tool.
