I signed for the SSL on Cloudfare and my site still shows as not secure and none of my e-mail is working. what are steps to fix this?

E-mail just stopped - I never received an error message.  I followed the trouble shooting steps but it did nto resolve the issue.  My site is still showing as not secure also
