I get an error when trying to change DNS

I can not get to the DNS records to change to my new hosting. When I go to the Advanced DNS Setting page I see this "It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

This has been the same for a couple days now. How can I change my DNS settings?
