How to manually edit the SPF record on domain?

I need to manually edit the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record on my domain. I've been instructed to do the following:

Required settings
If you have an existing SPF record, simply add the following to it:

include:mail.aaaaaaaaa.com

If you don't have an SPF record, you can create one by add a TXT record through your DNS provider with this as the content:
v=spf1 include:mail.aaaaaaaaa.com ~all

Warning: Do not add more than one SPF record to your domain.

-------------------------------------------

So I log in. Go to Domains on the left, then Manage Your Website Domains, then find my transferred domain and see the following. What do I choose then? Help!

xxxxxx.com (transferred domain)
Subdomains
www xxxxxx Edit | View
yyyyyyy site.xxxxxx.com Edit | View

In advanced DNS settings, I get this:

Advanced DNS Editing Unavailable

Sorry, you cannot edit your advanced DNS settings for this domain because you have altered your default nameservers. If you wish to edit your advanced DNS settings, please reset your nameservers to the default Homestead nameservers first.

Hello,

In that case, you would need to log into your Cloudflare account to update the DNS, since that is where your nameservers are pointing.
