every time i try to select a picture from the library, i'm told it can't load it

Hello, Are you using Sitebuilder Plus or Sitebuilder Desktop. With Sitebuilder Plus, I'm unable to replicate this issue.
Can you copy and paste this error or send me a screenshot of it?
