Homestead changes
I cannot use the homestead application , I've just tried again for 2 days I'm an old customer at least 15 years .I haven't used it for the last 3 because I can't Im fed up I want my latest payment refunded and to close the account ASAP I have wasted enough money and time on this

im in the UK so what do i phone ?and I just want a refund for this unused this year and to finish with it my frustration has been growing and i have no time for it , no blank pages and impossilee to get rid of some elements , please do the right thing
