Homestead changes

I cannot use the homestead application , I've just tried again for 2 days I'm an old customer at least 15 years .I haven't used it for the last 3 because I can't Im fed up I want my latest payment refunded and to close the account ASAP I have wasted enough money and time on this

im in the UK  so what do i phone ?and I just want a refund for this unused this year and to finish with it my frustration has been growing and i have no time for it , no blank pages and impossilee to get rid of some elements , please do the right thing

The reason we prefer you call is so that the agent can go over everything on the account to make sure you save anything you need before we close the account and the content is no longer accessible. Can you confirm that you are aware that you have 21 websites created on this account and that you are aware that closing this account will take down any of these sites that are currently active and you will not be able to access any of the content on the sites after the account is closed?
