HELP my updated site doesnt load consisitantly in different browsers

I am guessing it is some setting that I am unaware of. I updated my site Home (homesteadcloud.com). Depending on if i use google/ microsoft / samsung internet are a few I have compared. and only google loads properly as to what I have published.  What am i missing so our page looks right for everyone that visits?
