HAVING A PROBLEM UPLOADING VIDEO TO VIDO PLAYER

Trying to upload an mpeg4, under 200MB, to video player, but getting error message. Called in, she said that it should work fine. Possible file is corrupted, re-rendered the video, still the same. Whassup?
