Fixing AAAAAA problem

I just wanted to say Thank You to EIG Homestead & Web MD for addressing & resolving the AAAAAA issue that I, as well as many others, have had a problem with all over my website. I called & spoke with someone at the company 2 days ago & was told that my website builder was outdated & I would need to rebuild my site from scratch. That was unacceptable to me & many others with the same problem. So when I checked my site yesterday & realized it was fixed I was more than relieved. So Thank You again to the company for backing up their website builder.

I had the same problem. Website looked ridiculous. Called they said the techs were working on it. So, weeks later it was fixed but it goes back to being scrambled again. So its back and forth, good, bad, good, bad. I think its done on purpose just to make people go to the new builder.

I need to speak to someone who can speak English and who can understand English.  I spent 1/2 on the phone trying to explain the problem, and the lady did not understand what I was saying and I could barely understand her.  Trying to navigate their phone system does not allow me to speak to someone who can speak English and who can comprehend what I am saying.  If anyone working at Homestead and who meets these criteria, I would appreciate them sending an email to ericplow1@aol.com  and I can respond clearly in writing.  I might be able to define this issue more clearly so that I don't have to try to say it numerous times to someone who can't understand what the problem is.  I have been a Homestead customer for around 20 years so I hoping to get some response
