Error changing TXT records where I cannot change the name

I attempted to change my MX and TXT records with Google since I was having some issues, and I was unable to change the DKIM and SPF records because the DNS settings would not let me change the name as requested by Google Tech Support.

When I tried to change the name, the window where the name is changed would be highlighted in red and the following comment would show up at the margin: 0;">

It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we were unable to submit your A Record, CNAME, MX and TXT Record changes at this time. Please ensure that the records you are attempting to submit are valid and try again later.

Was this an issue on my end or will be it an issue that will be resolved later?
