Error 522 connection timed out, host Error

Hello
I'm taking on this project in the middle of the road because I'm replacing someone who's left in a hurry. 
When I press the button to publish the website it tells me that it has been done successfully.
But when I try to access the site I get an error 522 connection timed out, host 
Is the website hosted by you?
