EMAIL STILL NOT WORKING

email has not worked for months put in SEVERAL support tickets and still no one reaches out to help.. I do not understand how this company does not support their customers!?????  I own a business and YOU CAN NOT RUN A BIZ without a working functioning email!! I am looking to take my business elsewhere this is insane!
