Editing; when I edit a page and save it, but I can't post the edited copy on my web page. believe it may have something to do with a settin

 When I edit a page and save it, and in some cases I can't post the edited copy on my web  page. I believe it may have something to do with a setting. When it doesn't publish it tells me that the page has been, moved or deleted.
