I think refunds for the time websites are not working should be applied. This is getting ridiculous. Homestead used to have wonderful customer service, these days it's extremely disappointing!

Hello, I received an email regarding renewing one of my domains which is set to expire within 60 days. May I get assistance with renewal? Are there plans for Domain owners to have access to self-service this in the future?
