domain name transfer

I have two websites on your system, my own and our Rotary Club's. We may need to move the Rotary Club Website to another website builder program because I will not be managing it in the future and the people who will take over have their own preferences for systems they are used to using. We would like to know how to transfer the domain name (www.loyaltonrotary.org) to another system if we decide to do that. Or we might just leave it with Homestead.
