Domain name still on my list but already used by someone else
I have tried to delete domain agapeagency.com months ago and again today, but I get an error message. Furthermore it has been used by someone else now. Please credit any overcharge.

Hello,
agapeagency.com is not being used by anyone, it is just parked with expired nameservers. The domain is still registered through Homestead and your account. I can delete it from your account, but we won't be able to offer a refund as there is technically no overcharge.
