I tried calling your office on Saturday afternoon because I need to "Add a TXT or MX record to verify you own the domain" In order to do so, I was instructed to contact TuCows first since they are listed as my DNS provider. I searched the Tucows DNS directory and Homestead was listed as my provider. However, Homestead is not listed in teh drop down menu for DNS host at Microsoft Office 365.
I am trying to reconnect my email (Microsoft Outlook) to my desktop. Please reply with the correct DNS host ID and specifications I am supposed to enter.

Hello,
You actually just need to navigate to the Domains tab of your Homestead account to update the DNS.
